Refund and Exchange Policy
All sale items are a final sale and no refunds will be issued.
Items that are found to be defective or damaged will be replaced. If you find a problem with your item, email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the problem, and a photograph of the item.
Please try your clothing on right away. We will accept returns or exchanges on items within 15 days, minus the cost of shipping. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We hold ourselves to a high standard, and are always open to feedback on quality.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same excellent condition in which you received it with all tags attached.
NO REFUNDS FOR:
Some of the items in our store cannot be returned or refunded.
-Items purchased at our POP UP/ TRADESHOW events.
- Gift Cards
- Final Sale / Sale Items
To complete your return, Kaos requires a receipt, or proof of purchase. Please send a copy of your shipping sheet or receipt in with item(s) for processing.
Once an item is returned, it will be received and inspected. At this time an email will be sent to notify the purchaser of approval of the refund or exchange. In some cases, refunds cannot be issued. This includes damaged items, items with tags removed, or items exceeding the 15 day policy.
If items are approved for refund, Kaos will process the return and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment), within one working week (5 business days) and purchasers will be notified.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND PAYMENTS:
If there is a delay in the receipt of your refund that exceeds ten (10) days, please check your bank statement and/or contact your credit card company directly. The time the funds take to exit our software and post to your account can sometimes be delayed. Kaos will let you know when the funds are in transit.

Clients are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
Depending on the shipping location and busy times for postal services, delivery times may vary and processing your return may be delayed. Please email us to let [email protected] know if you are sending in a return, and if there is a tracking number send that as well.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Kaos cannot guarantee that we will receive your items.
